Who is the Non-profit plan for?
Registered non-profit companies and NPCs that need Growth features (annotations, written resolutions, audit export) but operate at Starter scale. Contact us if you need verification of NPO status.
Where is our data stored?
Application data is processed on infrastructure hosted with Hetzner in the European Union. See our Privacy Policy for POPIA-related details and cross-border processing.
What happens when we cancel?
You have a 90-day export window to download your data and audit bundles. After that period, tenant data is deleted from our systems — a retention promise we enforce in product code.
Can we run a board and sub-committees?
Yes. Structures (board, audit, remuneration, etc.) are first-class. Growth and Enterprise plans support multiple structures with separate memberships and packs.
Do you replace our company secretary?
